Joselynn makes everyone’s day. She is so enthusiastic, you know it’s her, even before you drive up to the window. It’s become a “thing” with my family & coworkers — “I saw Joselynn!” Or “*frown* “She wasn’t there today…” She is the epitome of great customer experience.
