Ms. Helga Lyko is a jewel and it is such a pleasure to have
her at our location.  She is the most dependable employee and always goes
above and beyond to fulfill our guest expectations.  She knows almost
every guest by name and has become familiar with their orders.  She engages
with each guest, creating a memorable experience the keeps our guest coming
back. Some guest only visit just to see her and engage in conversation with
her.  Her dedication goes beyond our restaurant.  She is the one
employee that is always willing to assist other restaurants when they are short
staff and volunteer to help out on her days off. Helga that you for your
