Patricia has worked in the organization for a month an has been a light for our store in Lincoln.She has done great learning different positions, Patricia is great with the customers and has learned front counter and today I walked in and she was working in the grill with a smile continually eager to learn more. The customers in this short time have said great things about her and her positivity is what mcdonalds is all about.
