Phyllis lives to serve her employers and please her customers. She is 77 years old but has the attitude and energy of a 20-year-old. She is always cleaning something or asking if anyone needs a coffee refill. Phyllis spreads human sunshine wherever she goes. I am on crutches, and the floors at the restaurant get very slippery on rainy days, so when I enter the restaurant, Phyllis will volunteer to put her foot next to my crutch so it won't slide and helps to keep me upright. She even holds the door open for me when I leave, and carries my leftover coffee to the car for me. Your restaurants could use about 1000 more Phyllis Hartmans.
