These days at McDonalds I only smile at myself because I can’t believe I was dumb enough to go there again. The crew members and managers are not how they used to be.  Mostly ignoring customers and doing busy work like putting cups away…it has happened more than once. Just leave people waiting at the counters without any acknowledgement.  It’s almost hilarious how inconvenienced we customers are making them.  Just throw the food on the counter and walk back to talking to your friends….. Maybe we shouldn’t be recognizing a crew member, they should be recognizing their customers. McDonalds just ain’t what it used to be.  It’s a shame.
