Cheryl at Mount Vernon, Ohio, Newark Road McDonalds has a smile in her voice! I normally go thru the drive-thru every Saturday & Sunday morning. She works the order/payment window and is always friendly, pleasant, happy, welcoming, and very respectful. You can just tell she is smiling thru her voice over the speaker. Although I do not personally know her, we often exchange stories after I've paid and am waiting in line to proceed to the pick-up window. Once I was on my way to Sam's Club and during our brief conversation, offered to pick something up for her if I could find it! Unfortunately, I did not find the product she was looking for but always love to get in her line as I know I'll be greeted with a smile! On the weekends when I visit my grandchildren, my adult children will even ask if I talked to Cheryl today! Who doesn't need a smile these days? You do a great job Cheryl & thank you for being kind and friendly.
