This is a busy location inside of Union Station in Chicago. Rosa keeps her staff positive and friendly. The line is long but moves quickly. Rosa goes above and beyond good Customer Service when she sees me in line to have my custom iced coffee order ready before I get to the counter. Rosa also assists me with my App that often does not work once I get into the store. There are many homeless that frequent this store and Rosa and staff are kind and respectful as I have witnessed on many occasion. I feel valued as a customer and McDonald's Brand is represented in a positive light by Rosa and her staff!!! Thank you Rosa
