Carol is an older woman who works at the drive-thru at my neighborhood McDonalds. (I don’t know her last name). She is there almost every day! She is a very happy, friendly person! She always has something nice to say. I think if someone was having a bad day, stopped at McD’s for food, and went to the drive thru, they would have a smile on their face after leaving her window! I like employees like Carol!
