I ordered from the McDonalds app and had issues when I came to the counter. After the employee tried multiple times to get my order to work he needed help. Melissa was called over and it still wasn’t working right. I got so frustrated that I used a profanity about the situation, which was incredibly inappropriate. Melissa smiled and repeatedly apologized for the issue. I apologized multiple times as it was not her fault the app wasn’t working right and I should have never used profanity at her. She remained professional with a smile. She was a pleasure and an asset to McDonalds. If she sees this I am still so sorry and I will not be losing my temper with an employee again.
