Crew Member Nomination
I always stop by this McDonald's to get coffee & a breakfast sandwich almost every morning. This morning was an eye opener. A little old lady was there trying to order food in the lobby. She was very confused at the register & started to cry. The cashier & manager began to talk to her and try to help her but it was getting bad, other customers were getting angry cause they need to get to work on time. The cashier slowly started to get through to hee & finally the sweet old lady said she can't find her purse & cannot get food. She was crying because she doesn't know what happened to it. The cashier and Manager paid for her coffee & biscuit,, and cheered her up. After she was calm she then explained her Husband of 51 years just passed away 3 weeks prior and he always took care of their money and now she has to figure out how to live without him. Then the manager said come see me every morning and we'll help. That's the best customer service I've ever seen.
