Kinzleigh always greats me with a smile. She's hardworking and you can tell she knows how to do her job, and how to do it well. She goes above and beyond when making me my drinks, and literally makes the best iced coffees and Carmel machiatos. She always says hi and greets me by my name. Makes me feel like a person, not just another customer!
