I placed an order at the drive thru for a large diet, small fries, and 2 pies. The guy at the drive thru window gave me a bag containing the fries and the pies. I remained at the pick up window, waiting for my beverage. He finally looked up and asked, "What do you need?" I said, "My drink." He replied, "Wha... what kind of drink?" I then said,"I also ordered a large diet Coke." He looked flustered and said it wasn't part of my order and I didn't pay for it. I held up my receipt got my beverage and had a good laugh when telling the story of how I was accused of trying to get a free Coke from McDonald's. Thanks to the guy at the drive thru for making a bunch of us laugh.
