Working with Nick each time it's the best day of my life he's kind and humble as well as modest he put in time and effort to his job day in and day out. Nick is the guy he would give you the shirt off his back just so you have one working with him is like coming home to family. I got the best story to tell it was my first day at Burkhart I didn't know anyone and I see this guy who I've never met before leading his grill team like you wouldn't believe he said please and thank he told his team he appreciates them I was so impressed by this, I was put in grill with him I was at first nervous but it all went away we he walked over to me and said hey I'm Nick it's going to be a great day today he had this smile on his face like no other I felt this wave of comfort, we're on table together one of his crew members was struggling Nick didn't hesitate he jumped right in to lend a hand it was like magic. Nick deserves a pay raise because of his passion for his job/crew
