Crew Member Nomination
I just wanted to share my experience at this McDonald’s. I had a big order. I was going to pay and I was turning down my ac to hear the guy, he didn’t want to repeat my order, just took my card. And when I got to the second window, I told the guy to check my order because I think I paid for the wrong one. Which they didn’t give me a receipt. Once the guy charged me, I saw the receipt and it was a completely different order. I told him and he was like mam I read you the items and you agreed it was yours. I was like no, I said it was the one with the 3 quart pounders and happy meal and he walked away. I kept saying excuse me , hello. And he just ignored me. I kept telling him the stuff he was giving me was not mine and my order was incomplete. He said he wasn’t going to refund me nothing. I’m like refund? I don’t need a refund, I just want my food. Which I was still missing a lot of things. He was so rude to the point he called me fkn stpd. (Not going to spell it out)
