Tamika always has a smile in her voice and on her face when I see her.  Since coming to my neighborhood McDonald’s she has always been upbeat and kind.  She and I know each other’s voice and have grown to talk to one another by first names.  Her smiles and upbeat attitude have brightened many rough days in my life and she is one of the reasons I choose this franchise to buy food and drink.  Her service is excellent and efficient.  She pays attention to the customer and I don’t believe she has ever given me an incorrect order.  She is always one of the first to fix a problem and it’s always done with grace and cheerfulness.  She is one of this franchise’s best crew members.  I’m grateful she is there.
