I always recognize Crystal when I use the drive thru line at McDonalds in Hiawassee. Just her patience and tone of voice is enough to ALWAYS provide a good experience. She keeps the line moving but does so in a way that always makes me feel like I’m her VIP customer…every single visit. In todays fast paced world…that’s rare and means a lot! She could write the book on excellent customer service! I am very grateful to be HER customer!
