For the past couple of months, we've occasionally been served  in the drive-thru by a new young gentleman who exemplifies  exactly what McDonald's should want from their public-facing crew members.  He is always very pleasant, looks you in the eyes, thanks you for your business, and wishes you a good day / night.   During our most recent visit, I finally asked his name, to which he cheerfully replied, "Marshall."  I thanked him, and told him that we always appreciate his positive attitude and professional service.  Keep up the great work, Marshall, and you'll go far!
