I go to McDonald’s very frequently. I don’t care when we go through the drive thru Kobe always greets us and always has a smile on his face. He has excellent customer service skills. I have never been to the restaurant and he not smiled and greet us. If everyone had this level of happiness the world would be a better place. I think that he should train new employees and train them on how to treat customers. He makes my day when I see him at the drive thru. We need more Kobe’s in the world today!!! Thank You Kobe for serving us and treating us like you love your job!!!
