Well, I support how much effort they put in their work. Each time I come by to study during dine in hours, I can see the smiles he puts on the customers faces. There are times he has chats with others during his break to bring a lively atmosphere to the restaurant. Even with difficult customers, he is calm and collected. When it comes to his coworkers, he does everything he can to defend them, especially his managers. I usually hear from his GM “great job” or “way a go” or “there is my favorite employee”. Overall, I respect him as a member of McDonalds and each time he does my spicy deluxe crispy sandwich, its the best.
