Gilberto has been my favorite part about visiting McDonald’s for years. Every time my family goes to McDonald’s, we all feel like we’re visiting one of our relatives! He is always so positive, warm, incredibly kind and professional. Her is always the highlight of our day! He always goes above and beyond making everyone happy. You could never ask for a better employee in any way - he is the truly the ideal employee!
