Ashanti, 21, has been working at our Olden Ave. Store for about a year now. Something we always knew about her is that she is extremely hardworking, but what we recently discovered was her hidden talent. Ashanti has been playing the violin since she was 6 years old! This Mother’s Day- Our GM, Yvenson, wanted to have a special celebration in honor of our mothers and also wanted to showcase our very own Ashanti and her amazing talent. She performed at our restaurant for about 4 hours as we had the lobby decorated with balloons, banners and flowers. She was a hit! As customers came in shocked to see live music in the lobby of a McDonald’s, they couldn’t help but to stop and watch in disbelief. People came up to us asking where we hired her from, and we were proud to tell them that it was actually one of our own employees. It was amazing to watch her in her element, to see how happy she was to be performing and making guests smile...and even cry! Thank you Ashanti, you're truly awesome!
