Crew Member Nomination
I have known Will for quite a few years now, as his customer, and very quickly became his friend. He displays a genuine customer service ethic, and is dedicated to both his clients and team members. Within a minute or so, he wants to know what’s going on in your life ~ both the highs and lows. Appropriately, he will celebrate or encourage you. He is fellow man of faith, and I am proud to refer to him as both a friend and brother. Will is a true blessing to the Willow Valley McDonald’s, but ~ more importantly ~ to humanity.
