Crew Member Nomination
My Lake Mills WI crew is awesome. I cannot name one individual only because I watch the team in action most mornings. These visits started because my dog , Gracie, begged for a car ride each am. I started visiting the McDonalds in Lake Mills with her in tow and she loved the McDonald smells. The crew always said good morning to Gracie and a relationship blossomed. Gracie passed away 3 months ago but my visits continue. The crew continues to put a smile on my face each day. I have several favorites including Lynn and Cindy (who I think are managers) but several others who also never fail to provide great customer service. I watch the “regular crew” guide the new staff and am amazed at how hard they work. Always kind, always professional, their steady presence each day makes my world a better place. Often, I try to pay it forward because of their example. They are an asset to this community!Mary Ann Zwaska
