Let me say, this woman has made me smile for more than a year now with her contagious smile and positivity! You would think every day is her best day based on her attitude! I thought she had since left but saw her in drive thru today and learned she was promoted and usually at front now. Working a high stress remote job, this woman is the definition of joy, and has usually been the only smile and pleasant interaction I get all day.I’ve previously  worked customer service and hospitality jobs, and when I say this woman is one of a kind, that doesn’t do her justice!
