I always make a point of going to my local Mcd’s on Sunday, when Bedi is managing. Always takes the time to greet  me by name and ask me how I’m doing, no matter how busy she is double tasking!  She also knows my “usual” order and puts in a fix if something is not right.  Makes my day and is much appreciated!
