My daily large Carmel ice coffee was either with grinds or without enough syrup! Wanted to know how could I solve this situation without having a argument with a team member! She said she would alert the staff to be more careful, plus she would talk it over with her Zone manager as to see if a automatic dispenser was available, for those times when everything at the making and serving end is really too chaotic !!! She also cleared me up on the procedure to redeem my reward points and my deal Apps at the same time ……..,
