I came into the McDonald’s located at Broadway and Cullen Boulevard in Pearland Texas. I am visually impaired (completely blind). Sam was at the front counter and immediately came around the counter to assist me. He took my order and told me to have a seat and he will bring it out to me. He immediately knew that I would not be able to get my own drink, so he also did that for me. Upon my food being ready, he brought it to the table and spread everything out for me and let me know where everything was located. You really just do not run across people like that anymore most of the time I’ll be lucky if they would bring it to the table for me, so I’d like to give a huge shout out for Sam and tell him thank you so much for his kindness and professionalism. You should keep hold of him. You’ve got a good one there.
