I have been going to Newark, Delaware store 4735 for over 22 years.  I have met and shared a lot with many employees in this McDonalds.  I would like to give a special shout-out for Ervin Phillips.  He works very hard keeping the flow of customers going and the store clean.  He has a wonderful personality and always greets me and/or my husband.  He knows me so well that when I come in for lunch he always tells the fry person to get a hot fry order up for me and if not too busy he will bring my tray to where I am sitting.  I heard him talking to a customer one day and was taking care of the problem he had so very polite and the customer calmed right down and was very satisfied when he left.  That is a sign of a very good employee/manager.
